That looks like the 12,000 acre solar farm about 45 miles from my house.
In my opinion the biggest mistake they made was the posts are about 4 to 6 feet too short.
Now that the panels are installed the lower edge is only about 2 feet off the ground and the weeds are nearly as tall as the posts blocking out nearly half of the cells on the panels. the only way to cut the weeds is to park the panels horizontal and use something the size of a small-ish zero turn mower.
Would anybody want the job of mowing 12,000 acres of 8ft tall careless weeds with stalks the size of your wrist with a stupid lawn mower
