    That's the nicest variation on an ax I've ever seen. I'd much rather use that for chopping wood.

    They work well on nice dry or frozen wood. Not so great on anything that is still wet. Hearing protection definitely helps as well. It seems to have its place. I found myself preferring the axe. Just saw one in a vacant house I inspected the other day. Wonder if the buyers will even know what it is.

    It reminds me of using a fence post driver way back from when I had fence posts to drive. I think new buyers would recognize an ax, but only because they've seen one while playing Minecraft.
