    Simple Roller Bender

This is a pretty simple to build Roller Bender. In order to be able to bend even small diameters, I chose the distance between the shafts very closely. But I underestimated the forces on the shafts so the mild steel shafts deformed during bending. I will try to solve this problem with hardened ones.

It was a good video, and the idea seems to work well. 👍

Thank You! I think with hardened shafts it should be a simple to build, workable roller bender.

Try W-2 steel. Can be heat treated to 60 rockwell. Easy to machine before heat treat.

In Germany 115CrV3 is available in the dimensions I need. So I think that I will use that.
