You need a BIG pressure washer to run that washing head!!
I have small one that will fit into a 3/4" ID straight pipe. It is flexible enough to fit through a 1 1/2" sink trap. The largest clog I have cleared with it was in a 4" corrugated drain pipe that had filled with mud for about 10' My little pressure washed only pumps 2 gpm at 2500 PSI.
This is what I have. https://www.cloghog.com/
I have no affiliation with this, but it works very well. The only drawback is the jets are so small, they clog easily. You HAVE to make sure your pressure washer hose is clean inside.
