Well done Ruxu.
I'm fixing my wood chipper. My controller has burned out, and I would like to replace it with the arduino. Would you agree to share your arduino program and a small plan of the arduino inputs/outputs?
Thanks a lot,
Louis
Hi Idescour,
As several years has passed since I made my chipper it took me a while to find everything and I had also to redraw the Arduino pinout diagram as I could not find the original one. Here you have the complete chipper electrical wiring, the Arduino pinout, the code and a picture of the Arduino build. I used a protoshield for the additional parts.
Main Control Box.pdf
Operation Buttons Box.pdf
Chipper_iFeed_RC2.ino.txt Remove the .txt extension from the file and put it in a folder named Chipper_iFeed_RC2
In the code you have to change the inductive sensor pulse value and the rpm values to suit your chipper setup. Hopefully this helps you to get your chipper working.
