Except for the color of the paint on the wall, that looks exactly like the basement utility room of the house my wife and I owned in Colorado Springs back in the mid 90's. Was very easy to work on any plumbing fixture or electrical outlet.

Every outlet in the house was on an individual circuit breaker, every plumbing fixture was on an individual home run with a 90-degree ball valve in the basement and one at the fixture as well.

Hated to sell that house when I got transferred, sadly, in 2013 it burned to the ground in a wildland fire.
