    I’m calling bs on this one.
    Why would that axel rip out unless it was all but there first?
    Also why did the dump keep driving with an axel-less pick up behind it?

    1st, Have a look at that rear 1/4 panel, Its rusted out. Probably 1/2 the mounting points for that rear axle are sus.
    2nd, 50% of that axle was jammed under several tonnes of earth, asphalt and concrete.
    And, perhaps he was just moving it a bit further to clear the road?

    I saw a Ford dump truck that was destroyed by some guys trying to get it unstuck. They wrapped a chain around the front axle and then ripped the entire front rolling gear out of the frame. It looked too ripped apart to ever fix.
    If you can't make it precise make it adjustable.

    I have to believe it happened. Have done a lot of mission work in the Caribbean over the years, Have seen all kinds of thing similar. I would have never believed then if I had not see it happen. too many people yelling too many commands, the dump drive had no idea what was happening.
