Why remove it, F1 circuits & drag strips get faster as more rubber is deposited on the track.
Have you ever thought about what happens to all the rubber that's worn off car & truck tyres, it's not deposited on the road like on a runway, but must comprise small particles of dust that we breathe and makes buildings and cities dirty.
