    Strange the V-block is at a angle to the table. I suppose if you are only drilling one hole it doesn't matter.

    Hi: Really nice way to get your V-block centered!

    Here is a simple V-block I made from a 4x4 timber. Note the clamping slots across the ends:

    I also made one off center for drilling bamboo flooring:

    If you drill too many holes into it, just cut a new one. Good luck, Carl.
