    Little Giant ladder's fine, but those strip wood sections are stupidly thin, scaffold planks they are not!

    I've done basement stairwells like that. You don't need the "scaffold part, just work off the ladder to cut in the corners and roll the rest.

    I have done that many times on stair wells but used a proper ladder and a scaffold board.
    Decoraters have to improvise a lot.

    At Home Depot they call those strips. I use them for some things because they are cheap. Strong they are not.
