    I don't believe it. Maybe if that's only the sticker price from the vendor. All in I bet these costs are really light. One you factor in all the traceability and overhead you can probably triple the cost of those small rounds. The old saying is "this pencil costs $1000." When you factor in the layers upon layers of bureaucracy and red tape it's probably not far off.

    Yeah, people used to joke about that, but they don't bother anymore. The spending has gotten so ridiculous it's not even funny anymore.
