    What on Earth am I looking at? Is that hydraulic? It's moving really fast for hydraulics. Is it pneumatic?? Is it actuating a flop gate or something?? I'm intrigued.

    Shotcrete is sprayed concrete, so something has to build up pressure and send it to the nozzle. A regular concrete pump has much lower pressure but higher volume:

    Yes, but what is going back and forth in the video? It doesn't look like any pump I've ever seen.
