    It half launched, just tie a few harbor tugs to it and drag it the rest to the into the water it should right itself. If not I'm sure there is a salvage company who can float it with no problems

    I didn't see a lot of twisting but the port side hit the dock very hard, I would be surprised if there isn't a breach somewhere along that side.
