Why would anyone mess up a sandwich by putting lettuce tomato and cucumbers on it? There used to be Z Hogie-bar a few blocks from the Harvard Medical center where I was installing some machinery. They had the best meatball grinder I've ever tasted. Additionally, they had a huge menu of all meat Hogies that Jersey Jack, Firehouse subs and Subway should take clues from. Oh yeah, I have 200 lbs. of Jersey Jacks ham in my freezer if anyone need some.

The cucumber is a strange choice. His tomato slices are also too thick. They should be sliced thinner, and if he wants more tomato in the sandwich, he can layer thinner slices.

Kewpie mayonnaise is probably a better choice than whatever he's squirting on there. It's made with a higher proportion of egg yolks than regular mayo, plus delicious msg.

But if anything, this only speaks to the effectiveness of the tool. He made an awkward chunky sandwich and it still maintained ingredient cohesion.

Clever but could be obviated by not overstuffing your sandwich or by using a paper towel.
