Talk about being in the wrong spot at the wrong time! I hope the poor bird was vaporized instead of just being badly burned but still able to feel.

With the amount of feathers I saw flying and the shear concussion I doubt that there was much left of that bird. Instant as it gets. I'm no fan of seagulls ( I think it was a seagull ) but nor do I think it's great to hurt them. If you are going to shoot them do it right. And like I taught my sons don't shoot what you don't plan on eating. Racoons excepted. They were eating my chickens. That's for me to eat thank you.
