I like process 'milling' slots for scale and the friction strip, creative idea for simple precision fitting. I'm thinking replicate design in steel for sheet metal layouts.

Why not use aluminum instead of steel
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products

I think I would use Delrin for mine. Slides easy and doesn't mark your work.

For what I do usually just using a tri square will work just fine
