    They have one of those Kugel fountains in the town centre of Neustadt in Hostein Germany, I have seen it many times, the ball is about 1.2metres in diameter and 'floats' on a surface of water. It weighs several tons but can be rotated with little effort by hand, even the wind will get it spinning slowly.
