Now my brain hurts
It's like a solid Möbius strip! If you pick one side of one of the shapes, it will rotate around to another side as it moves around the circle and repeat the pattern, starting back in its original position, every two trips around the loop. I was trying to figure out how they made the optical illusion when I stumbled upon that behavior. It was hard to follow until my eyes became sufficiently crossed.
