Backing in is always safer than backing out. Maybe this person doesn't like either.

Great idea, but I still have to question as to "Why"?
Just learn to drive is the answer.

If you live on a busy street and your property doesn't have room for a U-shaped driveway, this could be a potential life-saver. Especially so, now that the dumbing down of drivers has reached epic proportions and self-driving cars exist.

Manual turn ones have been around for a long, long time, now they're updated w/motorized and a remote control.

I drive in and reverse out or reverse in and drive out. Simples.

I have installed equipment in upscale homes with very long winding driveways some with steep inclines as well.
One home in a gated community in Ca had such a long single lane drive that you had to negotiate if anyone were coming down from the house and you met them on the way up someone had to back all the way to the end. But at the house it was also very tight only just enough room to make a 4 point U turn if there were no cars in the driveway if there was a car there it either had to be put in the garage or you backed out they could have used one of these
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products
