Therefore drill a ø6.3...6.5 mm bore for an Allen size 6. By the way 'relief': Brass doesn't like to be cut with a blade with steel 'history'. I always keep 2 different saws. "Pin It")

Very interesting, this seems to be a much simpler way to build a rotary broach than other designs I’ve seen over the years and appears to work well.
