In this video I’ve made rolling metal scaffolding with crane from old balcony railings

Many A-frames don't take moving under load kindly, but can't dispute this works. Actual load weight is one factor, load height [CG], position within footprint of casters, and load balance. I'm certain doubled bracing on the same side might be more instrumental than apparent, along with combined outrigger-brakes, unloading the casters.
Good job, moving heavy parts single-handed is frequent issue.

One feature I really like is the LED UFO light mounted above the scaffolding on what appears to be a swing arm
I can not even count the times I had wished there had been a work light on an A frame crane I was using when trying to pull and engine or set a machine in place

No matter how many lights you install, you'll still resort to using a flashlight at some point.

I had to investigate a minor injury/near miss involving a runway beam A frame being pushed along with a suspended load failing some years ago. 2 tonne's of stainless steel cactus sculpture covered with sharp steak knives scratched one s-too-dense arm as it fell, the runway bean narrowly missed another, what use their safety boots and rigger gloves would have been if either item had fallen directly on them was questionable. They started out lifting, running the beam, lowering, then reposition and repeat, but as it was taking too long to move ~30 yards the leading Academic decided to push the frame along, it caught a tiny floor defect and the momentum was enough to snap all the high tensile bolts holding it together. Never under estimate the kinetic energy of a swinging load!

Fine arts and sculpture. H&S doesn't register with them, nor do they have any understanding of lifting equipment use or maintenance, that's somebody elses job...
