This is a sand coat. Tile will be going over top of it. It goes on rather dry as you can see.
It is hard on the body to do this. But much faster by hand. And walking on the heating coils is not that big a deal. Someone is filling in the cement mix at any rate. Probably via Wheeled barrow. Did a lot of this back when I had hair.
I have seen other power screed systems that were much more effective. But did take some track setup to have a reference plane. This robot business does have no track.
Speed is my question.
