It was a joke, Jon, but a tongue-in-cheek one. The state is now demanding the building of more "affordable" housing in LA. Last time I looked, the average price of a studio apartment was around $1700/month. Gonna have to pawn a lot of that cave stash to afford one. And a studio is too small to house a meth cookery.
