Replacing broken irrigation sprayer with glass drill

After prepping my veggy bed for the new season I found quite a few sprayers had broken off.
In the past I had one or 2 and these I simply used a soldering iron to seal the hole and drill a new hole and install a new sprayer.

I do not have that size "Easy-Out" hole is about 2mm.

I took a chance to use a 3mm glass/tile drill and placing just enough pressure on it not allow it to slip managed by using my battery drill in reverce to remove all of them successfully

And a new sprayer installed in the same hole.

Those Dewalt glass drill bits are handy - they also do a good job of making holes in (some) hardened metals.
