Hey!
Someone has thrown the pump into scrap metal. I felt sorry for her, I bought it for pennies and made a renovation.
The insulation on the motor wires is scraped - wires to be replaced.
Pulley.
Plain bearing and rolled shaft.
The blow-off valve in a tragic condition for several days was impossible to move at all and then it turned out that it was rusted also a hole was made and I had to weld.
Valve seat I had to sleeve it, because it turned out that someone was fighting there with some glue or something.
Something was glued at the oil drain screw but it came off so I removed the old glue, cleaned it and applied epoxy.
The drained oil was quite good rust everywhere, so everything had to be cleaned to set up new O-rings.
Due to the fact that the pump was thrown somewhere on this scrap metal, the base was also bent so it had to be straightened.
This is probably the majority of the thicker work done on this pump.
