I used to work on those slabs as an electrician. We'd lay out ceiling boxes and run conduit to them from stubs down the wall to switch and plug boxes. It was not a nice job but I really felt for the rebar guys who were bent over all day tying the steel together. This is a great labor saver.... but some will complain it will cost some jobs.
I don't see it costing jobs as the machine still requires an operator. True enough productivity can be increased when using novice laborers to tie the rebar but an experienced hand could out tie that machine 2 to 1
Wonder how many hours per power cell it gets
