Technically thats not really team fishing.
Poling tuna used to be very common until the advent of improved netting practices. Before then poling tuna aboard was very common. Single pole work was the norm. When schools of bigger tuna were encountered then the fishermen would go to double poling to be able to heave the heavier fish aboard. Sometimes really big fish were around and that might require triple poling. Synchronizing 3 men to heave a fish aboard simultaneously as the fish strikes, whilst dealing with a pitching vessel deck, now that took teamwork!

I agree with 12bolts. Whipping 10 pounders aboard is nothing. 3 guys on a jackpole; THAT is team work. Here a 4-man rig is in use, 1950's era.
