I made a Quorn a few years ago, should you have any questions. I modified it to metric specs and used an ER30 chuck to hold tools or milling cutters to be ground or sharpened.

Gday Bony, i really appreciate your offer if I get stuck on the build, I looked at the Hemingway plans that were revisited in 2019 for the Quorn and they show an ER collet setup there as well, I’m definitely going to do the same but haven’t decided on the size of collet chuck to get, cheers Matty
