    Quick short intro

Hi all. Just registered so all this is new to me. Interests are mainly on building minitures and tooling for same. Have a reasonably well equipped workshop. Looking to build a small circular saw now. Cheers.

Hi surftrucker - welcome to HomemadeTools.net

What kind of miniatures do you like to build? From my experience, the miniature version of something is often more difficult to build than the fullsize.

    Hi surftrucker,

    Welcome!

You know we're going to need to see some photos of your miniatures now, right?

Thanks for the welcome guys. I started making boats when I was adout 7, simply carved out of a block of wood. The size and design depended on the block of wood. In my teens I built some bigger boats but ever managed to finish them for some reason. Then came RC and a whole new level boat building. I'll pull out some pics and post over the Christmas if I can find them.
    Cheers for now.
