It is called precision, but the holes are all referenced from the nearest cut edge...

And if you look closely, you can see the effect on the last drill markings (the holes don't match up). I had to watch it a bunch of times and it looked off, so I made a drawing:


The arrows are the direction of draw, the numbers are the edge used to reference, the actions are between drawing.
