I've had a Craftsman Nextec multi-tool since they were introduced, and I hate using it because it makes my hand go numb. However, I'm glad I had it when I remodeled my downstairs bathroom. It was the absolute perfect tool for replacing damaged floor. The walls were built on top of the tongue & groove planks. I used a blade like this to scrape linoleum and tar paper, one of the saw blades shown to cut nails behind trim, and wood blades to surgically remove the floorboards to a tidy rectangle.
