It would be nice to think that a government agency would avoid publishing a map of military targets in their own country. Hard to say if this is an actual FEMA map or not. What's odd is that places like Redstone Arsenal and Fort Lee are marked, but a well-known and pretty significant Air Force base isn't.

Rest assured that the folks who have the equipment to reach the targets have known ALL their coordinates for a very long time.
