A lot of thought and design went into that one.
I don't regard being uncomfortable around heights or snakes of unknown type as a phobia, but rather common sense that has entered the gene pool in some magical way. If you're paralyzed with fear in the face of those things, it's a phobia; if you're just a little uncomfortable, it's simply a manifestation of your sense of self-preservation.
Now, clowns are a different thing entirely; they're just freaking scary. :-)
