Cap Having the fountain in your system serves a lot more than add to the beauty the force of the falling water helps to oxygenate the pond also adding a simple air discharge nozzle in slightly larger chamber prior to the actual fountain discharge to serve like the fuel nozzles in the venturi of a carburetor will further aerate the water. The air infusion can be accomplished by using just about any mid to high volume low pressure air pump. Additionally to oxygenating the water it makes the water coming out of the fountain or falls look slightly frothy by breaking down the surface tension.
I really like your UV-bio filter system and the additional items you have done to improve it by the way. Thanks
