Most of the digging tools I find on the net would be useless for me digging in the Rocky Mountains. Recently I had to dig a gravel trench around a portion of my house, to get a wildfire certification for our property. Prior to digging with a shovel, I had to loosen the ground with a jackhammer with a spade bit.

Any notice the cool little combination clamp-mount hand vise on the table, at beginning of assembly? I'll take one of those as well. Our soil is just like his; dark virtually black and readily worked. If weather cooperates, a bowling ball would sprout. But, no more green thumbs in this household...
