Photo upload issues

I cant seem to figure out how to upload photos to threads. I just keep getting a failed to upload error. I've tried a few different ways and still am not getting anywhere with it.

I recieve an error 154213987536670555630

Any ideas?

You can email me the image that's causing the problem, to jon@homemadetools.net. Most common problem is images that are too large.
