    right up until I saw the movement at the low front edge of the tray, I was thinking "why hasn't he chocked the wheels of the outrigger rig to stop it moving with the truck?"

    There wasn't a lot holding that truck together. It fell apart way too easy.
    I have a 1972 Land Rover Series III Truck Cab/Pick-Up and a 1962 Land Rover Series 2a Carawagon Camper.

    My thought exactly. No doubt held by rust. Over here, would that fall under the onus of the DOT, OSHA, or Last Comic Standing, to write it up?
