People at work never understand why I'm so fascinated by machines. Really a simple but ingenious machine to pre-sharpen pencils. Mans creative, problem solving mid never ceases to amaze me but I think it may be rare. Is it possible that a single digit percentage of humanity is responsible for all the creativity and problem solving? Because, sadly I see very little native intelligence in my daily, public interactions. Anyway, that's what brings me back to this site. It gives me hope.

the percentage may be even much lower than that. even at 1% the number of problem solvers and innovators would be 70,000,000
I'm not even positive that half that number exists
