We had one of these, a little bigger at work. One day I heard someone yelling, and I found the guy going down the line wrapped to the box. He was standing on the machine and his buddy didn't see him, and started the machine.
I cut him out and they decided to pout an laser on it so if it was blocked the machine wouldn't start.
