1- The car is parked on a slope.
2- He didn't apply hand/foot brake.
3- He didn't chock the wheels.
4- He parked the flatbed truck in a bizarre position friendly to the accident about to happen.
Other than that, the owner is not to be blamed.

Bummer. I would love to have a '67 Nova but the old muscle cars are too pricey.
Stupid is forever, ignorance can be fixed.
