Maybe not. I did a ton of volunteer work for this organization back when free time was more readily available than it is now. Back then, anyone caught using a plastic bucket for something like this was thanked for their help and asked to leave the job site. They may be a little less strict now.

If you "stub your toe=" on anything, uneven sub floor, random nail laying around, anything, you are going DOWN if you are on stilts. If you are on a bucket, you have a chance to save yourself.= "Pin It")

If I tried to do something like that I'd end up on my back counting the nail holes I was trying to mud.
