Hi all,

Just stumbled on to this site and am VERY excited because it falls in line with what I love to do, which is working in my shop. My biggest thrill and hobby is making usable items from scrap such as a WMO furnace, 5' tall powder coating oven, large media blaster, hyd press, and a metal box brake, etc. I am also into cars and am currently helping a friend build a 66 Nova SS L79 show car (four years in the making). My next personal project is my 38 Chev pickup. I hope to retire next spring so when not involved in honey-do's, I can tinker.

Welcome! Sounds as though you've found the right place. Lots of interesting projects...

We'd love to see all the tools you've built. If you post some photos and descriptions here: Homemade Tools, we'll create a builder page for you that can share elsewhere online.

I'm personally looking forward to seeing that '38 Chevy project...
