    Obviously looks to be a wild family, but if the kits are taken while young enough, they make interesting enjoyable pets. Sadly, they are short lived only a few years 3 to 4 sometimes 5

    Opossums are quite beneficial to have living around the house. They prey on rats, mice, snakes, insects, but mostly dead animals (carrion). They do however, also enjoy a tasty poultry egg, or two, or...

    We call the ones living on our property our tick eaters, Next are the Guinea foul at one time we had 15 of them

    They tend to get a bad rap as they do not fall into the category of cute and cuddly in most people's eye. I have always liked them.
