Technology is NOT some complicated thing, it could be, but the complexity does not enter into the definition of technology.
Among others, I've noticed it'll say "Technology" as a media fault; when ad writer or whoever is doing the labeling, is clueless what is really involved, and consequent limited vocabulary.

Technology or mechnology "my spelling" of what a friend of mine calls my stuff. This morning Billy called me up and asked me to listen to the sounds that were being made by an engine he was working on.
cus, you have a bad injector I said.
They're all new and I set all of them with the digital indicator I had to buy to set them.
Should have used a mechanical micrometer depth/height gage dude heck even a mechanical dial vernier will be more reliable than a battery in cold weather you either have 1 too tight or 1 too loose
He came over about an hour later with a broken injector spring
Cus, your mechnology ideas beat out the electronic thing I bought

Alec's schtick is an emphasis on the connections, not so much the technology, thus the channel name. He's said in the past that he wants to engender appreciation for the things in our lives. He focuses on items we tend to dismiss as trivial and things he personally finds fascinating. I really don't understand the trash talk.

It started as fairly juvenile complaint about someone's personal tastes (i.e. not liking the video) and descended into an outlet for millennial hate. Either way it struck a nerve and pissed a lot of people off. That's why I posted four more videos.

It could be said there is similarity with my own penchant for detail around what might be trivial to others. But it's not foisted on others, editorialized, promoted as epic, nor monetized, It literally and merely hangs on the walls; either neatly framed or physical evidence.
Exposure is only when someone steps in for tangible help; IF they happen to be inquisitive and observant. Akin to dated magazines in the dentist's office, but these examples will always be true.

Should one go public, must prepare for backlash and rejection.

I figured that was your motivation.

I understand that different things appeal to different people - it's one of my favorite aspects of life in general, but you went out of your way to announce your dislike for something that you didn't have to know existed, let alone watch, let alone watch in its entirety. That's that I don't understand. When you visit your dentist do you announce to the entire office when you don't like the selection of magazines in the waiti? Do you have a problem that such videos are monetized?

Lest you think I'm being unreasonable, remember, should one go public, must prepare for backlash and rejection.

Technology Connections makes excellent videos. Period. Not only are they excellent videos, they are exactly in-line with the type of content that gets posted to this forum. What we have here are a of bunch of whiny old farts behaving like children, then trying to rationalize their garbage behavior. It's embarrassing.
