How about adding a cheering or a sarcastic message thanking you for returning the drill bit back. some positive reenforcement

I'd like to claim it's a matter of great minds thinking alike, but my put my tools away reminder approves of positive reinforcement. She's pretty sure I don't have a mind left, though.
