    Amazon has one for a lousy 28 bucks, so how much do you value your time trying to make it ?

    What is commonly available here is not always the case elsewhere. Many things that we take for granted are simply out of reach for others or finding in a store locally is simply not an option. I for one am always impressed with the creativity and resourcefulness of people from that part of the world.

    My only issue is that any filter with that much clearance around it will always spin off by hand.

    The ones that stick are never that easy to get to.

    Sometimes a chain (or strap) wrench is the proper tool for the job. This one is certainly heavy duty
