    Nut Spliter for M6-M8-M10-M12nuts

Sometimes nuts are too much seized on screw or head is so much damaged or too much stuck from rust and they cannot be unscrewed with conventional tools.
With this simple tool, just put the nut you want to loosen into the hole of the Nut Splitter Tool and screw the bolt until the nut breaks.
If needing to be save the bolt in some cases, then do not over tighten to prevent damage to the threads under the nut.
Nut Splitter also is known as Nut Cutter or Nut Cracker.
    I made it using a M24 nut
    a piece 45mm of rod ø19mm
a piece 25mm which I cut from the tail of an HSS ø10mm drill bit
    one bolt MF12x1.25x50mm
    two nuts MF12x1.25mm
    and a ball bearing ø8mm.

    Hi G.Paul

I did not know that there was such a tool
until a friend of mine bought one that broke up in the first use
without being able to cut neither one nut.
So he brought it to me, asking what he had done wrong.
Obviously the problem was not from misuse but from the poor quality of the tool.
So I decided to give a try to make a similar tool using what I had available.

Unfortunately the market is full of various inexpensive china junk tools
and most buyers only look the price, not the tool.
Eventually most of them pay it twice.

    Nice job Kess!

I really appreciate a number of things about your video:
    1) the simple music (and at a reasonable volume!)
    2) the still shots used where appropriate
    3) the multiple annotations to show hole diameters and bolt sizes.

Thanks for sharing this, it is obvious a lot of work went into the photo taking and editing.

    Brian
