What sorts of tools do you find most interesting or useful for your projects?

When you're ready to share some of your own homemade tools, we'd love to see them. Please post them directly in the Homemade Tools subforum. We'll add each one to the database, as well as to your builder page on the site.

Non-tool items should be shared in the Not a Tool, but Homemade subforum.

Thanks for the welcome. I was a Welder for many years, and during that time I found the need to make a couple of tools [ Steering Wheel Puller, Portable Motorcycle Lift etc. ]. I will usually make things out of necessity if it's cost prohibitive.

I hear you on making things out of necessity, that's for sure. Plus the added satisfaction that comes of having built the tools to build the project always results in a richer experience, at least after the fact.

If you've still got the puller, lift, and other homemade tools around, please do share some photos; we'd love to see them!
