Welcome into HMT.net. Warning, there is no escape! I appreciate your pressbrake and it's execution. Frank S is correct about the truss; the dieset won't care, frame certainly will. Not sure why you added a 12t hydraulic jack; if big enough to fire that out-sized BAR.....rofl
Yeah, I know it's a DoD classroom model, but how funny is that?
Speaking about J. M. Browning, my introduction was ~55 years back as a biographic [author Curt Gentry] study. That single act fed undeveloped thoughts on careers, happily steering [shoving?] me into metal trades. The firearms aspect was impressive, his ability to interpret physics into mechanics overwhelming. Decades later, I recall the same thrill of discovery. I'm lucky that employment and essentially all my interests exist due to same instance.
It happened again about 10 years ago. Frank A. Pachmayr [author John Lachuck]. Maybe not so many patents, an astounding gunsmith and astute tactician of business.
Both had humble enough beginnings, guidance, and certain abilities they found, really created, channels to explore.
If I am anything on this site, it's my constant push machining and related work are barely a hobby. This avocation utilizes processes found in the largest manufacturers. Generating profit not always best indicator of satisfaction or success. The measurement to me is by what individuals invest pursuing their interests. Not cash; it's more about creativity, resourcefulness, time, space, to name a few.
I'll apologize; unaware of double-posts. My laptop restarted and thought I'd lost number 1 entry. Aw heck, I'll write it again...no big deal.
Then number 1 appears!
