New newbie says hi

Heh heh...I'm looking for ideas on building a hose reel that's good looking enough to leave in front of my house, maybe attached to the house. I don't actually know where I am but I wanted the free ebook and so I'm signing in and introducing myself. I like homemade anything but am partial to chocolate chip cookies. I'm sure I've made some tools out of necessity but I can't think of anything that has survived except for some workshop fixtures for the table saw and such. The plans for those things weren't my own, I'm not that clever. So I'm looking for ideas that I can steal, maybe adapt. I'm in CT, retired, ride a 82 Kawasacki 750 H4 and drive a '96 Sierra and an '01 Vette on nice days. Well, the Kawi is for nice days too. I live in CT & NH and my son is getting married and lives in DE so maybe I'll live down there soon. My name is Ken and I'm surprised I wrote so much.
